Our items are proudly printed and shipped by Printful, a reputable third-party printing service known for their commitment to excellence. While we aim to provide you with the best possible shopping experience, we understand that there may be situations where returns or refunds are necessary. Please review our policy below for more details.

 

Returns for Incorrectly Ordered Sizes:

We apologize that our shop policy does not offer refunds for any reason, including products ordered in the wrong size. It's important to note that Printful, our trusted partner, operates on a made-to-order basis and cannot issue refunds for any circumstances. This is because requesting a size exchange would require the creation of an entirely new product. We kindly request that you carefully review the size descriptions provided by Printful's supplier before placing your order. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

 

 

Defective or Incorrect Items:


In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please don't hesitate to reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase. To facilitate the return process, please provide a detailed description of the issue and attach high-quality photos that clearly illustrate the problem. Our dedicated team will promptly liaise with Printful to investigate your order. If the issue is confirmed, Printful will be happy to assist and promptly reship the product to ensure your complete satisfaction.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on Printful's part are covered at Printful's expense. Our shop is not responsible for shipments to incorrect addresses or unclaimed shipments. If the courier deems the provided address insufficient and returns the shipment to Printful's facility, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs once Printful confirms an updated address with you, if applicable. Similarly, unclaimed shipments returned to Printful's facility will incur reshipment costs to you, if applicable. If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report
